2.Shipping fee
Free shipping for all products.
3.Exclude taxes
All international orders are subject to customs and duty fees as defined by the country of import. These fees are not included in your order and shipping total. All fees must be paid by the parcel recipient. Any item that is returned because the customer not paying customs duties will not be unable to process the refund.
By placing an order, you authorize CHOCHOT to import your product on your behalf and agree to CHOCHOT delegating the import of your products to a third party. Unfortunately, we are unable to provide information on whether you may or may not be charged customs/duty fees. Duties will be determined by the country of import upon arrival of your order based off product value.
4.Handling time
Our products usually ship within 2-4 business days (do NOT include weekends or holidays). We strive to get all orders received before 0 AM (EST) shipped out the following (business) day. We will contact you if for some reason there are any delays. Once the tracking number is available, you will receive a shipping confirmation via email!
