If you believe that your product is defective and you are the original purchaser, please take a moment to send us a email to support@popodot.com, so we can get this sorted out for you right away.
Please ensure you attach the video of the product and the proof of purchase, otherwise your claim may be denied or asked to retake the photos, which will delay the turnaround time.
Once we have received the email back we will be in touch within 2-4 business days with an outcome to your warranty request.
